Can any1 tell me where i can get a quake 2 xp compatible patch coz my cd says that my language version is not the right one

Version 3.20 is fully Windows XP compatible. You can get it from ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/

 

Also, I would recommend you check out Quake 2 Evolved, it is a nice enhancement to the graphics engine.
