NOTEBOOK UPGRADE HELP!!!!!!!

I HAVE A NEC 6200 SERIES LAPTOP.IT CURRENTLY HAS WINDOWS 95 INSTALLED.IM TRYING TO FIND ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME UPGRADE THIS DEVICE,TO EITHER WIN98 OR WIN200O.I CONTACTED MANUFACTURER,THEIR REPLY WAS TO GO FIND HELP,NO INFO AVAILABLE BUT THERE ARE SOME.JUST NEED A LITTLE HELP ON INFO TO EITHER GATHER UP MANUALS OR SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO HAVE THIS DONE.THIS LAPTOP IS UPGRADABLE,JUST NEED A LITTLE EDUCATION.IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU NO COULD HELP.PLEASE REPLY.THANK YOU

You need to have the following min specification to run Windows 2000:

 

Pentium I 166 or better (PII prefered)

128 MB RAM or better

2GB or more HD space.
