call of duty, sumthin bout graphics card openGl

Hi I have a problem with call of duty

Every time when I start call of duty this comes:

Hunk_Clear: reset the hunk ok

Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer's web site.

 

How can i find out wat my video card is?
