zen69x 0 Posted December 25, 2004 First, I would suggest that you title the thread as you might get a bit more help. You may try this: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q314451 Also, ensure you have the latest BIOS release for your board. Then and my guess from the looks of it, the board has ATA controller, SATA controller, and onboard RAID as well? What connection and in what configuration do you have the hard drives installed? That is likley my guess as to why you are having issues. You will need to get the proper 64bit drivers for the mode you are using and press F6 during setup ,you will need a floppy (or create a custom install CD) to supply the drivers to the OS, I have heard that a USB floppy will work too, but I can't confirm. UKPete 0 Posted December 25, 2004 Thank you very much for that, I will have a crack at it today. As for the title, I don't have permission to edit it now as its timed out. Even earlier on this morning when I had permissions I couldn't find it to edit it. I will contact the moderator. Once again Thanks Pete Share this post Link to post
