The third our Lite PC Diagnostic was designed for the less experienced or home-user, allowing them too easily and quickly troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues without the assistance of a professional support technician.

Our PC diagnostics can also be easily customized for OEM’s then bundled and preloaded on each computer shipped by the manufacturer. This helps the vendor to further assist their help desk operations and support technicians. When contacted, support personnel prompt the end-user to launch the diagnostics which then validate the PC's faulty hardware vs. configuration issues. This alone results in a dramatic reduction of wrongful product returns, support calls, and field service calls.
