Outlook Express doen't open

Hi

 

I'm using windows 2000

My Outlook Express doesn't open when I double click on the outlook icon.

I checked for virussen, spyware, closed all the processes a can close...

 

In another windows accounts it works just fine, only in 1 specific account it doesn't open.

 

Can someone tell me what blocks this?

Could be corrupt mail folders. Try deleting or renaming the Folders.dbx file in the user's store area and try starting OE again.
