Adding a Separator Line on the Start Menu

Is there a utility that lets you add a separator line to the Windows XP Start Menu?

 

I think it would be nice to be able to organize groups with separators much like Mozilla and managing bookmarks.

Ah well, it would have been a nice addition, although I doubt MS would add it to Longhorn.
