Ekstreme 0 Posted February 18, 2000 Diamond have FINALLY put a statement on their page as to the status of their products. They took their time, but it's there. No word on drivers baring their sig as yet, but hey, what do you expect form Diamond? Share this post Link to post
ByronT 0 Posted February 18, 2000 Did you check out the compatibility page?? It looks like Diamond is not doing any drivers for anything other than their own S3 products. My Viper V770 Ultra is listed as "use NVidia reference drivers." And my MX300 is listed as "use Vortex 2 reference drivers." I guess that I have purchased the last Diamond product that I will purchase. ------------------ J. Ekstreme 0 Posted February 18, 2000 i think you misread it. it says that drivers should be released by them at release time for 2k. Since this compat list was released the day of 2k being released (how typical for DMM), I think it's going to be a little while of. DMM were only telling you to use the curent nVidia releases as a temp alternative to the ****ty MS driver. DarkOne 0 Posted February 18, 2000 Its a shame to see diamond like this now, with even worse driver support, I used to be a big supporter of theirs but now with them saying we are not going to support our legacy products, its just not worth it. Share this post Link to post
