slant 0 Posted February 3, 2005 I have windows XP home version, there are 4 different users that can login, and when I log in I keep getting this error message and it won't go away. WinStatKeep.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000142 over and over or C:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
