cmw1975 0 Posted February 3, 2005 I have a problem with windows media player 10. I just bought my computer 1 week ago, whenever I try and use windows media player in my login it locks up and stops responding. On my wifes login it works just fine. I can open the application and when I try and use any of the tools or open the media library, the application locks up and stops responding. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post
Sampson 0 Posted February 3, 2005 It is indeed unfortunate that you may have only had your system a week, but it is not too early for spyware. You should, if you haven't already, download Microsoft's AntiSpyware, Ad-Aware, and Spybot Search and Destroy. Run them all first. Then go here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx to download the Windows Media file and reinstall it. Share this post Link to post
