Wilhelmus 1 Posted February 14, 2005 Have you tried to update video card driver? If it does happen in just one game, what is it name? Is your card integrated/onboard? Have your event viewer error and warning entries, after you try to start the game? (start->run->"eventvwr.msc") What is your windows version (XP?), motherboard, card modelnumber(eg. sis 630/730). Have you installed latest directx (9c)? Start->run "DXDIAG" Click on the DISPLAY Tab. If there is anything disabled, enable it, if it is not grayed. Test your Direct3d. To access the HARDWARE ACCELERATION for the graphics card under Windows XP: Open the DISPLAY PROPERTIES. Select the SETTINGS tab and then click the ADVANCED button. Select the TROUBLESHOOT tab. Adjust the slider to FULL Click APPLY, then OK, then OK again to accept the change. <edit>typos</edit> Share this post Link to post
