spacey 0 Posted February 19, 2000 Has anyone gotten Dual Monitors to work? I tried it with my TNT2 and S3 Virge, I set my AGP as the primary display in the bios so my TNT2 would be primary. When I got into Win2k the device manager gave me an error with my S3 Virge card, code10 or something like that. Any thoughts? Share this post Link to post
YuppieScum 0 Posted February 19, 2000 If you read the HCL, you'll ind a list of video cards that are supported for "multi-monitor" use. There are no S3 cards in this list. FWIW, I actually answered a similar question here regarding multi-monitor and S3 about 2 weeks ago... ------------------ SuperMicro P6DBS (dual UW-SCSI) BIOS 2.2, 2*Celery 300a @ 450Mhz, 384MB PC100 RAM SCSI-A=4.3Gb+9Gb, SCSI-B=Tosh32x CD-ROM, Yamaha4416 CD-RW, Iomega ZIP100, IDE1=4.3Gb IBM EtherJet 10/100 NIC PCI + Nortel ADSL "modem" Matrox G400 DH 32Mb AGP + Quantum3D Voodoo2 SLI PCI (CL TNT1 AGP on a shelf) SoundBlaster Live PCI (not Value) Win2K build 2195 Retail (not 120-day eval) Share this post Link to post
