Need Help !! Please

hey guys, will you help please

i have a trouble in my desktop

when i right clikc on my desktop, and then i click the properties,

the 'Display Properties' dialog didn't appear.

how can i fix it?

You may have had the Display properties disabled via GPO.

Open GPEdit.msc and look for User Configuration, Admin Templates, Control Panel, Display.
