Netmeeting problems

Hi.

 

I have a laptop (IBM T42) with RADEON 7500 and a Logitech webcam.

 

When I use netmeeting, I can send my webcam video but I cannot receive anything.

PS: I'm using Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 installed
