greyghst 0 Posted February 25, 2005 My motherboard went on me two weeks ago. I replaced it and upgraded my RAM and videocard. But now that i have the computer back, I cannot load up my bank webpages, or paypal, or hotmail sites. Seems like everything with a password is not allowing me to go to those sites. Has anyone ever had this problem? Is it an encryption problem? IF so, where would I go to correct it in Windows or Netscape as that is the browser I use. Share this post Link to post

greyghst 0 Posted February 26, 2005 Well, it wasn't the cookies causing the problem...its Norton Internet Security. When my computer was repaired, somehow this program changed its settings and I can't change them back. I need to lower the settings to what they were to allow some important websites on the net to be accessed. Now Im receiving a message that only a person with a 'supervisory account' can change these settings. and it wont let me delete the program so i can reinstall it. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!! who programs this crap. nothing I do will uninstall this program. any suggestions? Share this post Link to post
