gluev 0 Posted March 6, 2005 Hello, I ve just installed a new windows XP PRO version... Everything is working, but i can't install pdf printers... I tried to install fineprint (during ,addprinterdrivers failed), i ve the same problem with acrobat 7.0 and with jaw pdf... I think that i ve a problem with a module, but what can i do ? Wilhelmus 1 Posted March 7, 2005 Click Start -> Run. Write into the box: "services.msc", without quotes. Locate service named 'Print Spooler'. Right-click it, select properties and make sure it is started and starting is set to 'Automatic'. Are you using user with administrator or power user privileges? Share this post Link to post
