Iam going mad soon

Icant play the sims 2 on the computer, I have no install problem whith directx or with the game no errors no were. Have installed the latest drivers to the graphics card and sound aaaaaaand every thing that needed new drivers.When I start the game,it frezze.the other games I have work just fine.
