cant play the sims 2

I cant play the sims2 on the computer Ihave installed every new drivers to the my computer and there was no errors or anything.

When I will start the game it frezze. And the monitor is black.

Freezing can be due to any number of causes from old drivers, bad ram, low power, spyware, viruses etc.

Are the any errors in the event viewer (eventvwr.msc) or Device manager?

no errors no virus no trojan nothing, But i have something wrong whith the cpu earlier so a take it to the service guys.

They change the hard drive,video-card etc.

(I could play the sims 2 before that but not now)
