LinuxCrusader 0 Posted April 17, 2005 I'm not sure which distro you are using, but I checked out some sites and accoding to one of them linux doesn't support it, but that must've been back a while ago because This Site says Linux suports this modem. Have you already gone through ADSL/PPPOE configuration. kmenu -> Internet -> Connection -> ADSL/PPPOE configuration. I'm using Mepis so I'm not sure if you have it in your menu, but if you don't have it then install it. I never had to configure a DSL modem under linux, but back in the old days for me when I had DSL modem, the easy way for me was to configure the modem under windows and then added a router to it. Well, if you have windows I'm sure it is already configured so the easy way would be to get a router since routers don't care what OS you have running. This way you don't have to worry again about configuring it again. [Edited by LinuxCrusader on 2005-04-17 03:01:09] Share this post Link to post
danleff 0 Posted April 17, 2005 I found this page that seems to have some drivers for Debian and RedHat, as well as source files. Share this post Link to post
