Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable (v2)

I downloaded the new "Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable (v2)" but it does not update my V1.0. Any Ideas?

What operating system are you running?

Why it does not update it? Any error messages? Like "cabinet can not be trusted"?

After you try to install it, goto Event Viewer* and look for errors, warnings relating to Windows Installer in same day,hour.

 

* Start->Run: eventvwr.msc
