I just want to know why win2k uses 64 Mb out of my 128 Mb ???

Well, you must be aware that W2K can manage up to 64Mo of Ram and that's all !!

Is your memory recognised Ok at the memory test when you turn your computer on ??

I belive its normal, after a clean install on my machine, my mem usage was almost 64mb out of 96mb.

Total 261688 KB RAM which I have 256meg ram

Try turning off services you don't need to conserve on your memory load.
