Conexant hsf modem and Win2k

hi to everyone

this is the first topic that i post in this forum.

I have a problem whit my conexant hsf internal modem that win2k don't recognaize and i Try to istall more kind of drivers but ... nothing

i see that win 2k have the conexant HCF driver but if i force the istallation of them Win 2k crashes!!

Can you help me please???

Hi You need to provide more information. Machine type. Mother Board.. Bios maybe..

 

Also.. Is that a PCI modem?

Have you tried checking the Manufacturer?

I have a mobo asus p5a-b bios rev 1008 with a k6 2 450, 128 mb ram, matrox g100+ voodoo2.

the modem is Pci. i've tied to chek somethinhg on the manifacturer site at www.conexant.com but i haven't find anything and i read on the microsoft Hw compatibility list tha my modem is supported.

but i' dont find the driver...
