Christianb 8 Posted July 3, 2005 Hi Gang, I can't figure this out. I don't have a volume hidden or visible named G:. I even went and checked Disk Management for kicks and giggles. Why does the Windows XP Indexing service lists a catalog named System as being located at "G:\System Volume Information"? Furthermore, it won't let me change the path to something valid? Thanks, Christian Blackburn Share this post Link to post
jmmijo 1 Posted July 3, 2005 The System Volume Information is part of the System Restore service. If you go into this service, does it show a drive G: for some reason ?!? Perhaps you can change it back to C: from there. P.S. Long time no hear from you Christian, glad to see you posting once more Share this post Link to post
