ambarisha 0 Posted July 26, 2005 Ours is a office LAN working with 28 computers connected to a server running NT Server. When any 0ne or two computers switched off in the LAN (may be xp or 98 or 2000), all other systems in LAN are becoming slow and could not run properly. If switch on those systems again performance is back to normal. It's not particular with one or two. Any system in the LAN. Please help me out to solve the problem. peterh 1 Posted July 26, 2005 Are you sharing folders or printers between these PCs? If so, then the connecting computerr may be trying to connect to the turned off PC and may slow things up a little. Try disconnecting folders before shutting down. Share this post Link to post
