CPU Usage allways at 100%, apache.exe and lsass.exe take most usage. HELP

help my computer is really slow suddenly.

 

my apache.exe is using between 17 and 40% of the cpu at 7,663K mem usage

and my lsass.exe is using between 25% and 50% cpu at 1,000K mem usage

 

and well theres my vsmon, from norton, that takes like
