Might and magic VI install

I can't install mm6 on windows xp, it opens:

 

Setup requires _SETUP.DLL and _ISRES.DLL (located in _SYS1.CAB) in order to operate properly. Please ensure these files are located with SETUP.EXE.

 

What should I do? Please, help!!
