TV-out with STB and win2k

i have a STB velocity 4400 and im running win2000. How do i get tv-out to work,since nvidia's driver doesnot have that option

And STB dont have any drivers for win2k

A long shot is if you have d3d working (I don't) try the TV-Tool app from here:

I can't say if it works or not.
