Railroad Tycoon 2 error

Hey when I go to install railroad tycoon 2 it gives me this error:

 

16 bit Windows Subsystem

 

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitible for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

 

Close Ignore

 

If I choose either options nothing happens.

 

This is the only game it's given me this error. I even tried the program compatability wizard and it still gives me this error.

1) Copy autoexec.nt and config.nt files from c:\windows\repair folder to c:\windows\system32 folder.

2) Update your antimalware programs.

3) Scan for malware.
