Lizzie 0 Posted August 15, 2005 I have a sony DCR-HC19E hanycam and am loving it, but i am having trouble downloading the films i record onto the computer. I am able to watch the films on the computer with sound with no problems, but when i try and copy the films to my computer they record with no sound. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem? thatsteveguy 0 Posted August 15, 2005 are you making sure that the "line in" option in your sound settings is not muted as it is normally muted by default. In which case just get rid of the checkmark under the line in option to 'unmute ' it. Now I am assuming that your are plugging in both video and sound from the camera to the sound card.
