Does anyone know how i can move/migrate some users from one small business server 2003 to another small business server 2003??

If you mean Domain users then use the ADMT tool:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/tools/admt/default.asp

 

You can also use the CSVDE/LDIFDE tools as well to export/import users.
