Catcher 0 Posted September 27, 2005 Hi, im new to this forum and not sure how it works so here goes.... I have a bog standard logitech webcam messenger and windows xp with service pack 2 and the only way i can use my webcam is by being off line, whenever im online if i click on my webcam icon to start it up the whole computer freezes and nothing responds?? anything i can do about it? Ive uninstalled everything once and reinstalled drivers but exactly same problem as before. Share this post Link to post

Sampson 0 Posted December 4, 2005 This could be a USB problem, or rather, a problem of trying to power the USB ports and your power pack is too small. However, in general it is usually a driver question. I think, but I am not sure, that the Logitech has newer drivers on its webpage, have you tried them? One that seemed to have helped was gc848enu.exe. Share this post Link to post
