scorpio62 0 Posted October 9, 2005 I have a Toshiba 8100 with Windows 98 (not exactly the latest and greatest..) I tried to download the latest Windows updates and since then my laptop can ONLY start in safe mode. It regular mode, it tries to load windows, and get a frozen screen with the toolbar at the bottom and the desktop background - without any icons. HELP!!!!!! Share this post Link to post
Relic 0 Posted October 9, 2005 Just reinstall '98, piece of pizz, you won't lose anything, and it will put all your sysytem files back to where they were before the update. Man man, I despised '98, I had to do that all the time. ;( Share this post Link to post
