Lost installation code

I lost the installation code for the sims 2 game, i have all the other pc sims and have all there codes but cant use them till I find out how to get a new installation code....please help

How do you get a replacement serial number?

 

If you have lost or misplaced your serial number you may submit a request to be issued a new serial number.
