installation problem with Rhem on XP

When I put in the Rhem CD at the install page it says "the selected disk does not have enough space" and prompts me to switch disks. What??? I have plenty of room on my hard drive, and it gives me no options. Anyone know the secret?

When was the last time you defragmented your hard drive?

I had just defragged it earlier that day and had only been on the web and played mahjong off my downloaded games.
