Changing AGP from 1x to 4x

I have an ATI Radeon 9600 and was wondering where in the control panel do i go from to change the agp 1x to 4x?

 

also to turn on "fast write"?

You will need to get into your BIOS to make those changes. As your computer is rebooting you will see a message that says to hit a button (can be Del or F2 or F9) to get into the BIOS. Once in there you should find what you are looking for.
