Upgrading Gfx Card

I'm thinking on upgrading my gfx card and need some info and help.. Atm, I have a budget of $200-250.

 

Also, heres some specs of my pc.

 

Dell 8300 Series (yes I know it's a Dell )

Intel P4 3 ghz HT Technology

ATI 9800 Pro 128 mb O/Ced AGP

512 MB of DDRAM

 

I've been looking for a good, but cheap card, and managed to find this one.
