Dungeon Keeper on Windows XP

I'm having a problem installing Dungeon Keeper 2 onto Windows XP, I've checked and I do have autoexec in my Windows Files but it keeps giving an error message of: -

 

C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt (the system file is not suitable for running....)

 

Please help!
