Upgrading RAM but...could find RAM profile

Hi everyone,

 

I want to upgrade my RAM but I dont know my RAM profile. I lost the paper that I've got..What I know is only I have 256MB of RAM.

Anyone has an idea where can I check or get my RAM profile so that I can upgrade it correctly.
