Motherboard Question

I am just wondering if this motherboard is a decent one. I have never dealt with the brand that it is, but it is PCI-Express and comes with an AMD Athlon 64 3700+ for 250 bucks, so its a very good deal. Anyone know if there are any flaws or drawbacks to this particular motherboard? (Price almost seems too good to be true)

EDIT: Found a drawback, mobo has a 800mhz FSB while the processor runs up to 1600mhz
