Frieda 0 Posted January 22, 2006 I am suddenly getting a message when I try to use my scanner that it cannot be initialized because the scanner cannot be found. What can be casuing this to suddenly occur and how can I fix it? I have tried everything I know to do. Share this post Link to post
Relic 0 Posted January 22, 2006 Uninstall the scanner. Reboot, install the scanner, reboot. If that doesn't work, unplug the scanner, then plug it back in(computer off), then boot up. Share this post Link to post
