First i wanna sry for my bad english... i hope you will be able to urdestung me and help wink

 

 

My comp sometimes suspend, while working and show me blue screen with that msg:

 

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

 

...

I have WinXP Profesional.

Hmm.. i changed HDD like 1-2 weeks ago and now i have that problem.

And its crashed again...

this time i seen sth like that on blue screen:

 

kmixser.sys

 

PAG_FAULT_N_NONPAGED_ARE (ehm.. i think i miss some letters ;( )

Are you overclocking your system at all? How much RAM do you have?

amd athlon 1,7

hdd WD 80 GB (new)

512 mb ram 400

ati radeon 9600 SE

Okay, generally it's a RAM issue, or it could be the new HDD. Not that there's anything wrong with that HDD, just the configuration.

 

When you installed the HDD, did you update the chipset drivers for your motherboard? Also, it's advisable to flash your motherboard BIOS to the latest available when adding new hardware.

 

I'd start with motherboard chipset drivers, that's the easiest, and work from there. What motherboard are you using?

Ehm.... im realy noob ... ;/

I didnt instal chipset drivers ;(

 

I instaled it now and i need to check if my comp will crash again.

Sry for trouble and stiupid questions.

 

My motherboard is

MSI- KT3 Ultra2

 

Chipset VIA

 

where can i get newest drivers for it and for my graphic card?

According to the site that driver is for "ALL" ATI cards, so it should be okay for yours too. smile

I have instaled new drivers for my USB modem and ... today i got again crash, blue screen and NDIS.sys problem.

 

What should i do now ?
