Relic 0 Posted February 4, 2006 Are you overclocking your system at all? How much RAM do you have? Actually, your system specs would help a lot. Share this post Link to post

Relic 0 Posted February 4, 2006 Okay, generally it's a RAM issue, or it could be the new HDD. Not that there's anything wrong with that HDD, just the configuration. When you installed the HDD, did you update the chipset drivers for your motherboard? Also, it's advisable to flash your motherboard BIOS to the latest available when adding new hardware. I'd start with motherboard chipset drivers, that's the easiest, and work from there. What motherboard are you using? Share this post Link to post

Relic 0 Posted February 4, 2006 Everyone starts out as a noob, okay, maybe Gates was a 'born geek", but I don't think anyone else was, heh heh heh. Only way to learn is to ask questions, and none of them are stupid. Share this post Link to post

American Zombie 0 Posted February 6, 2006 NDIS.sys has to do with a modem and I have seen this problem on USB modems. If you are not using the modem try disabling or removing it from the system. Try this site as I think it will help you a lot: TROUBLESHOOTING WINDOWS STOP MESSAGES Share this post Link to post
