A small company I work for get hundreds of email enquiries everyday... they need to distribute the incoming emails evenly among 3 different people as each email comes in, so that one person doesnt have to deal with the whole lot! How can this be done, is there some software that will do this? They are using a mail server called Magic Winmail, and using Outlook 2002 (XP) to pick up the emails.
