Wanted: Motherboard for Celeron 2.8

I am looking for a working micro-ATX motherboard (socket 478) that can support a Celeron 2.8 GHZ processor and 2 GB of PC2700 ram. Preferably with an AGP 8x slot but lesser AGP or PCI only is probably fine too! I can pay with paypal or any way you would like pretty much. Please include full name of mobo so i can find specs on the net or include a link to a site with the mobo.

P.S. Not wanting to spend over 50 bucks, i can get a brand new one for that with an agp 8x slot
