printing preferences problem

hey,

 

using windows xp sp2.

right clicking the printer and choosing printing preferences gives me the "OPERATION COULD NOT BE COMPLETED" error.

 

i tried restarting the pool service,removed the printer and reinstalled,tried in safe mode, created a new user and tried again - but to no avail.

 

can you please help me ?

Is Server-service running? Try enabling it, if it is not running.
