FFVII problem after intro movie

ok, so i have installed the game, install the patches, but after i select "new game" the opening movies runs fine, but as the train pulls into the station, just as they are about to jump off, the screen goes blank.

 

im at a loss of what to do and have searched high and low over the net for a solution, any ideas??

 

im running a p4 3.2ghz with 2gb ram and 128mb Geforce 5900XT

I'm having the same problem!!! The message "New Comer follow me or something" but then it's a complete black screen!!"
