Hello Sir,

 

I want to create a Local Intranet Website.

 

My clarrification is

 

Microsoft FrontPage is used to Create a webpage.

 

(Html Coding is automatically created using this software)

 

I Want to create ASP or PHP page

 

Whether any special sofware is used to automatically create a PHP or ASP Coding.

 

Whether PHP or ASP is easy to create dynamic page.

Apache as HTTP server and PHP. That's all programs you'll need.

 

The php installation to apache is explained in the php package's install.txt.

If you skip over his mentioning Frontpage. I think you get to what he wants a program that writes PHP or ASP coding. Like Frontpage does for HTML.
