rj63 0 Posted May 16, 2006 for you people who have the hp 533c I had issues for the last week trying to get it to start and get past the windows logo and it shut down. I tried a new battery and reset bios and it worked for a week. Come to find out the shroud that the fan uses blocks the small components and they have overheated and fried the motherboard. So if any of you people have one of these systems check the components under the fan shroud. Share this post Link to post
