FIFA06 NOT PLAYING

I've a Packard Bell EasyNote R3563, AMD Turion ML 32 35w procecessor, 512MB DDR Memory, ATI Radeon xpress 200m 128. I've been trying to play FIFA06 but it is not playing. The game is loading but when you come to the selective menu (the menu is just on the run, say - like fast-forwarding), therefore unable to select anything. I managed to install and play the game on another PC.

 

I was thinking may be it is the processor speed (800mhz) which is less than the required speed of 1200mhz. To my knowledge the CPU speed won't stop the game from running, it will just make it run slower.

 

Please help.
