Having Conflict with Webcam and Video Card.

I just bought a Logitech QuickCam IM and installed all the software on my laptop. Then I start getting Blue Screens of death. It keeps telling me to install the newest Drivers,(which I have) or dumb the soundcard down, (which I have also). Nothing works, anyone else have this problem?

 

My card is an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400. Both the webcam and vid card have the newest drivers. It works perfect on my desktop PC, but I am running a GF in it.

 

Any help at all is most welcome.
